I have extensive experience of practicing clinical medicine for 20 years since my post graduation in 2001. I have managed all medical problems and I also have special interest with vast experience of managing respiratory diseases. I am one of the few doctors practicing in Hyderabad with MRCP and FRCP qualifications apart from MD in internal medicine from the reputed Osmania medical college, Hyderabad.

I had the opportunity of training under eminent physicians both in India as well as in the U.K. I give lot of importance to thorough clinical assessment of a patient; undertake investigations as per requirement and offer quality treatment. I have managed many medical emergencies and high end complicated cases during my clinical career in India. I take active role in the day to day management of critically ill patients in the ICU also.

I am a senior ophthalmologist and cataract surgeon working at Citizens hospital, Hyderabad. I have vast experience of 16 years of clinical practice in the area of ophthalmology and cataract surgery. I have performed more than 6000 cataract surgeries in my career so far which includes both phaco surgery as well as small incision cataract surgeries. I have done short term fellowship in oculoplastic surgery from the prestigious L.V.Prasad eye institute, Hyderabad. I have worked as a consultant ophthalmologist and cataract surgeon at reputed eye hospitals like Vasan eyecare and Dr.Agarwals eye hospitals together for over 8 years. I am currently performing cataract surgeries at a reputed eye hospital in Hyderabad.

Dr Kalyan Chakravarthy is a UK trained senior Endocrinologist in Hyderabad, with an experience in the fields of Diabetes in Endocrinology of more than 10 yrs. After graduating in MBBS 2004, he pursued further training in the UK, with specialization in General Medicine( MRCP) and super specialisation in Diabetes and Endocrinology (MRCP Diab Endo, C.C.T). After his return to India in 2014, he has been associated with Citizens hospital and IDEA clinics where he enjoys a healthy practice.

Dr Kalyan has a keen interest in academics. He has conducted academic programs at Citizens Hospital for the last 6 years. He regularly teaches MRCP students for their theory and practical examinations. He is an examiner for PACES conducted by the Royal College of Physicians.

His special interest is in Advanced Diabetes treatments like Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) and Insulin pumps. He is part of the AGP clinical academy and regularly trains clinicians on the use of AGP. He has experience of using CGM technology and AGP analysis in more than 1000 patients over the last 5 years.

Dr S V Prashanthi Raju has 22 yrs of post MD experience in Internal Medicine. She graduated from Osmania Medical College Hyderabad and Specialized in Internal Medicine from prestigious Osmania General Hospital Hyderabad in 1998 and completed Post Graduate Diploma in Diabetes Management from Middlesex university (UK) in 2017.

She has vast experience as Internal Medicine Physician and has vast experience in teaching of >9years to both undergraduates and post graduate students in Osmania Medical college, Monash medical centre Melbourne Australia and recently Apollo Institute of Medical sciences and Research. Dr Prashanthi worked in India and Overseas. She completed FRACP Basic Physician training in Reputed Monash Medical centre, Melbourne Australia and worked as Cardiology Research fellow in Concord Hospital Sydney.

She worked in most reputed Indian hospitals like Care Hospital Banjara Hills Hyderabad, Fernandez hospital Hyderabad. Currently she is consultant Physician at Apollo hospitals Jubilee Hills Hyderabad. Dr Prashanthi has published in National and International Journals.
