Thank you for reading my profile to know more about me. Hope this information will help in making the right decision. I am a senior physician currently working at Citizens hospital, Hyderabad. I have extensive experience of practicing clinical medicine for 20 years since my post graduation in 2001. I have managed all medical problems and I also have special interest with vast experience of managing respiratory diseases. I am one of the few doctors practicing in Hyderabad with MRCP and FRCP qualifications apart from MD in internal medicine from the reputed Osmania medical college, Hyderabad.

I had the opportunity of training under eminent physicians both in India as well as in the U.K. I give lot of importance to thorough clinical assessment of a patient; undertake investigations as per requirement and offer quality treatment. I have managed many medical emergencies and high end complicated cases during my clinical career in India.  I take active role in the day to day management of critically ill patients in the ICU also.

I have good knowledge of the usage of antibiotics and managed many complex infections including those in immunocompromised patients (patients with weak immunity).

My areas of interests are- asthma, COPD, ILD, sleep apnea, respiratory infections, chronic cough and TB. I also manage all general medical problems including diabetes & Hypertension.  

I am actively involved in the teaching program for students pursuing MRCP training and MRCP PACES courses. I am one of the examiners approved by the Royal College of Physicians, U.K, for the MRCP part 3 clinical exam (PACES).

I am the Director and Chief educator at the Exmed medical academy which is dedicated towards patient education as well as medical student training.
